Union members can nominate themselves and/or other members for multiple Executive Board Officer positions using our nomination form

See the table below for requirements for successful nomination of self and/or others. Petitions and Nomination Form need to be emailed to elections@umrfa.org or mailed to the UMRFA Union office: UMRFA, 21 Governors Court, Suite 120 Windsor Mill, MD 21244, no later than 11:59 pm Friday, October 31, 2025.

Important dates:

  • October 1st – Election Notice Sent & Nominations Open

  • October 31st 11:59 PM EST – Deadline to submit nominations

  • November 5th 11:59 PM EST – Deadline for nominees to accept 

  • November 10th – Candidates announced

  • December 1st 12:01 PM EST – Voting opens

  • December 21st 12:00 PM EST – Voting closed and results to be announced
