UMRFA

We are the union of 900+ Resident and Fellow Physicians working across multiple locations in more than 60 specialties/programs at the University of Maryland Medical Center. We represent some of the best minds and hearts this profession has to offer, and are firmly committed to the improvement of working conditions and patient outcomes. We intend to achieve those by being fair but firm advocates of improvement in all areas that affect the ability of our members to be better learners and practitioners of this noble profession and deliver the best possible healthcare to communities in and around Baltimore.
