We’ve started bargaining! As of October 24th, 2024, your Bargaining Committee has been sitting at the table with UMMC admin to help bring our bargaining platform to life. Check out our progress using the bargaining tracker and read our meeting summaries over at the bargaining updates tab!
After multiple negotiations with the employer, we arrived on a stipulated agreement for an election. We had an in-person election on the 12th and 13th of June, 2024.
647 housestaff were able to vote, and an overwhelming majority voted yes!
On April 25th, we officially announced the forming of our union to the UMMC leadership. Read our statement here!
